Im a little hard to get a hold of by phone during the day because I have online clients all day. Andy and I communicated by email and worked out times for his install of my portable air conditioners and two bookshelves (only instruction for putting the shelves together was by a video). He did great work. Excellent customer service and decent fee.

Andy has done a great job on the renovations in my bathroom. He caulked the bathtub, installed a new toilet and installed new vinyl on the floor. He was on time, on schedule and very affordable. The quality of his work is very good. He kept the work site very clean during the renovation and also did not leave any mess after he was done. During the project Andy kept me informed with any issues that he found. I am definitely calling Andy for my future renovations!

Andy came to my rescue when I was in need of a handyman to do some doors repairs quickly. Though late for our first appointment he did call to advise of the delay. He was thorough, efficient, personable and used existing materials when possible rather than requiring new when it wasn't necessary. Professional service with a smile

After a long sleepless night, I contacted Andy to look at a leaking window. Andy returned my phone call promptly and came the same day to take a look at the problem. Within 24 hours, my window was re-caulked. Andy also noticed my window latches were stripped and sourced, ordered and installed the new parts within the week. I am happy to say the rain is now staying outside.As someone who works Monday to Friday, I really appreciate Andy's schedule flexibility to work evenings and Saturdays. Next time I need a handyman, I know who to call!

For over seven years, Andy Brockamp was my next door neighbour.  It was always a marvel to see the home improvement projects that Andy undertook and the care with which he worked.  Unfortunately, I do not have those sorts of skills and on many occasions, Andy came to the rescue.  Building and installing shelves in the garage, changing light fixtures and electrical outlets, putting up custom blinds and rods - all those tasks, large and small - were always done in a timely manner and with great thoroughness.  Never a call back needed to repair or complete some job that Andy had tackled. We have been neigbours of Andy Brockamp's for the past 6 years, and have come to very much respect his skills as a handy man/carpenter. We first recognized his skill  when he built a beautiful brick wall in his backyard, and some of the work that he has done on his own property.
Over these 6 years, Andy has also been involved with three projects at our home. Andy helped us in the dismantling and rebuilding of our 10' by 20' deck in our back yard.
Andy also gave direction and assistance to rebuilding and relocating our shed - and did most of the shingling for us.
Andy also built a treehouse in our backyard for our boys to play in - he built a deck, a ladder to climb up on, a net that the boys can climb on, and a hammock. We have been extremely pleased with all three of theses projects, and would recommend his expertise and skill to anyone looking for a skilled handyman.
